Chad Brooks | Construction Manager

Born and raised in Knoxville, Chad has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He’s worked in a variety of roles from laborer and craftsman to project manager and owner and is enjoying this season of learning how to grow and develop with this team of restoration professionals.
Chad carries several industry certifications including PCRA/ICRA Certified and Pre-Construction Risk Assessment/ Infection Control Risk Assessment Program for Healthcare Facility Construction.
His favorite thing about being with Construction 360 is restoring order to businesses, homes, and healthcare facilities. While he notes that the team is by no means first responders, being prepared to bring order after loss or an unexpected event occurred is a wonderful part of the work.
When he’s not at work, Chad spends time with his wife and kids. They enjoy hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, porch sitting, working on projects around the farm, and taking the opportunity to love each other better each day.

Jason “Jay” Ratliff | Estimator

Jay has worked in our industry since 2008 and enjoys helping individuals and businesses restore their properties and lives. Working as an estimator, he carries IICRC certifications for Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
Outside of Complete 360, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and playing in his band.

Doug Headrick | Project Manager

A Maryville native, Doug has spent the last 25+ years living in Knoxville and has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. While every aspect of the construction process is enjoyable to him, what he enjoys most is helping clients put their homes, businesses, and lives back together after loss. Even better is he gets to do it with the Complete 360 team, learning something new every day.
In his free time, Doug enjoys being with his family, playing guitar, and managing his rental properties.

Rowdy Helton | Project Manager

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, most of which being in residential building, Rowdy brings a seasoned perspective to our team. When on the job, he likes to focus on the client and ensure he understands their expectations to successfully complete the job at hand. Interacting with clients and subcontractors is one of his favorite parts of his job, which further makes him a great project manager.
Workplace aside, Rowdy enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing golf, hunting, and fishing.

JD Fowler

Another Knoxville native, JD has been in the construction arena for over 20 years. As a construction professional, he’s always enjoyed working on outdoor living spaces. An experience that stands out for him is when he had the opportunity to work as an independent adjuster serving FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program after hurricanes. What he loves most about his work is that every day is different.
JD enjoys family time, skiing, and boating when he’s not on a job.

When it comes to keeping everything in line back home while our team is out on jobs, Maryia, our administrative assistant, gets the jobs done. From admin tasks to budgets, she’s the gear that keeps our team grinding.
Originally from Belarus, in her free time Maryia enjoys completing DIY miniature model kits.
